With the ProjectLinker plugin, you can see the task status icons right on the topics of the Mind Map, giving you an instant overview of the project status.

In addition, you can expand a panel on any topic itself to show more complete information about start and finish dates, duration, work and costs.

This information is also included in the printout of the Mind Map so you can have the task information visible and accessible to anyone who looks at the Mind Map.

Specify and Update your Project Plans

With the help of ProjectLINKER for NovaMind 5, you can save this information as a project in the Microsoft® Office Pro- ject Server. During the saving process, the project is generated automatically, the resources are allocated, and the project can be edited immediately.

If you do not use Microsoft® Office Project Server at the moment, you can of course save this project as a Microsoft® Office Project Standard or Microsoft® Office Project Professional file. If your enterprise decides to employ Mi- crosoft® Office Project Server at a later date, you are able to import project files into it at any time.

Evaluate and Present your Projects

Afterwards, ProjectLINKER for NovaMind 5 enables a refresh of the project bi-directionally in the map on a task level. In this way, you are able to stay up-to-date on the latest progress of the project.
