What others are saying"Got an iPhone recently to be more productive away from home. I'm impressed with all the good iPhone productivity apps available but was really missing not being able to mind map on the go. Novamind to the rescue! I bought iBluesky and took it for a spin. It works great. Looking forward to being able to import my Novamind maps as well. My life just got a WHOLE LOT easier! Thank you, Novamind." "iBlueSky ...appears to have achieved a remarkable balance between simplicity and functionality." "I think this app is amazing..." "This is in my opinion the best Mind Mapping tool to date for the iPhone and iPod Touch." "All in all, iBlueSky is an impressive iPhone application. I just couldn’t think of a better way to spend those 5,99 EUR I did when I bought it. If you’re into mind mapping, or you are just trying to improve your personal productivity, this application is a must." "iBlueSky, overall, is a great way to map out your brilliant ideas. Inspiration can hit you at some weird times, so having an app like this on the iPhone seems like a perfect fit and a worthy use of $7.99." The iBlueSky and NovaMind integration works for both the Windows and Mac versions of NovaMind, and works with NovaMind Express, Pro, and Platinum.
How to create your Mind Map in iBlueSky and load it in NovaMind
When you start iBlueSky, you will see a list of "projects". Each project represents a Mind Map, and their names are automatically set to the Mind Map title.
To add a new project, click on the pen icon in the bottom right corner, and start typing the Mind Map title.
You can delete projects using the edit button, or edit an existing Mind Map by tapping the project name.
Select a topic by tapping on it, and edit the text on it by tapping on it again.

Also you will note that when you select a topic, there is an edit button in the top right. Tap on the edit button to add notes to the topic or change the color of the topic.
To delete a topic, select it and click the trash can icon.
You can zoom out to get an overview of your Mind Map by "pinching" on the screen, and then do the reverse to get back to full size. You can also double-tap to zoom out and double-tap again to zoom back in. Note that the Mind Map will be centered around where you double-tapped.
You can work in either landscape or portrait mode just by turning the iPhone, and you can pan around the Mind Map just by dragging with a single finger.
The other option that you get when tapping the arrow, whether you have a topic selected or not, is to email the project.
Choose the email project option to email the Mind Map so that you can open it up in NovaMind. Note that if you want to email it to yourself, you must already have your own email address in the contacts list on your iPhone.
When you receive your emailed project
The Mind Map will be attached to the email in a number of formats including the NovaMind .nmind format. Open the .nmind file in NovaMind and you're all set to continue editing and enhancing it in NovaMind.
Uploading a NovaMind file to iBlueSky
Save your Mind Map in NovaMind, then go to http://www.tenero.co.uk/import where you will find a web page for uploading to iBlueSky. The first time there you will have to register (free), then you can log in, select the file to upload and the email address to send the link to.
You will receive an email like the one to the left. Collect the email on your phone and touch the link in the email to open it in iBlueSky.
