Experienced software tester impressed with NovaMind user experienceI've bought from lots of Mac software companies since 1986, and was even flown to Seattle as an advanced beta tester for Adobe InDesign, but I have never found anything that compares with the outstanding customer experience your company provides. Feedback is easy to give, it is responded to, and ideas are actually incorporated into new releases. Promises of new releases are kept. Promises of letting us know about updates are kept. Core features that worked, but could be better, are (like the way branches are moved and reattached - I'm giddy just trying it now). Really useful features are added. The Controlled Layout option is an essential speed enhancer when I am really collecting thoughts quickly - no more messing around with "Auto Arrange" just so I don't have things overlapping. And, with all the changes, there are no feelings of "why on earth did they change the key command for ...." which are so typical of other updates. Room for improvement? Sure.
