NovaMind 5 for Windows / Problem moving Subtopics from right to left! HELP! HELP!

Hello and good day to everyone out here on the forum! 
Before I state my problem, I must inform you that I am merely assisting my boss in helping find a solution to the pressing issue he continuously is encountering within his NovaMind 5 Platinum program. If anyone out here has the solution, I would greatly appreciate the information.
Here is the email I received:
I love this software, and it works flawlessly on my Mac, but I have a problem with the PC version. When the topic is created on the right side of the central bubble, and then I add subtopics to the right of that, how do I get the whole thing to switch to the left? If I drag the topic to the left of the central bubble, the subtopics (ufortunately) stay on the right, rather than flipping around to the left, like they do on the Mac. How do I get this to work on the PC?
