I would like to be confident that I am buying a product that is well-supported but:

1) I see the release date for NM5 for Mac has been continually pushed back with no firm date visible.

2) I can't even get the preview because the email never arrives after I fill out the form

3) Even this forum is buggy and I had to register twice and keep having difficulties even posting a message.

Not encouraging.

We are working to get the Mac version of NovaMind 5 out asap. We did have major problems earlier in the development process, but they have been resolved, and now we are in the final stages of development. In the meantime, if you have a Mac and purchase a license now, you can use it in NovaMind 4 until the NovaMind 5 release is ready, or use the Windows version of NovaMind 5 under Parallels or Fusion.

My apologies about the email - we are currently having a problem with the automated email system. Please email support@novamind.com and they will manually send you the download information.

I'm not sure what could have happened with the forum. It is an absolutely stock standard Simple Machines forum (which is a very widely used and stable forum system). I haven't heard of anyone else having a problem, so maybe it was just an email getting lost on the Internet somewhere.
