How do you export to web. Is this feature enabled yet in NM5?

That one is high on our schedule after the presenter is completed. It's another case of wanting to produce the absolute best rather than just rushing out a bandaid solution.

Also, we're well on the way with a complete rewrite of NovaMind Connect, so upload to Connect will be there in a couple of months or so too (can't give an exact date on this because there are still some unknowns in the timeline).

Ok. thanks Gideon. I guess you will be seeing some interesting maps on connect soon. Is there a way to link directly to my posted map from my web page?

Sure, you get a URL when you upload it (or you can just navigate to where you want and use the URL from there).

I should clarify about the export - after we have finished the presenter and a few other tidy up bits from the launch of NovaMind 5, we will be examining exactly what are the real needs for exports. NovaMind Connect covers a lot of needs, but we are not sure the exact nature of other exports may be - whether html export or something different - it's a bit of a changing landscape with the changing technologies, and we will assess what's best for our customers at the time we have resources to begin working on it, so we use the most appropriate technologies.

Ok good to know. I truly hope you do implement Html export even if it does not include exporting your proprietary graphics libraries. I know exactly what I want to do with a mind map as site map and it seems a shame not to have that obvious feature included.
