copy style to all siblings

I'm a Mac user.

• Is there a way to copy a style from a selected sibling to its siblings?
  Is there a way to create a new theme?  If so, can I create it based on the current map?
  When I set a style as a default can I update all the siblings of the same level.  (Same as first question but maybe by a different method)
