I would like to know if Novamind team is working in future projects to improve and innovate your software. I haven't hear any new updates in a while and I was just wondering what to expect in the future...

Silence...!  ???

Ethanmac:
Hmmm.
I usually attribute silence, or big gaps in releases, to the development team actively working on big things.  That's been the pattern in the past.

Gideon said in a communication mail:
--- Quote ---We do not comment about unreleased features and when they may be available.
--- End quote ---

I think Gideon and Novamind made bad experience with the announcement of NM5 and its timelines and the later one delays (at least in the Mac version of NM5) in delivery.
So I can understand that they present results and don't want to raise expectations which might not be fulfilled in time.

emonterog:
Well it has a lot of sense what you said however one thing is to send false expectations from an unfinished product and something else would be to keep customers engage of new upcoming improvements. I currently own lincenses of NM and IMM (Buzan's SW) and somehow I use them as complements for my work. I wish to have all in one but this seems very difficult at the moment. Both software have very unique features that I like but one misses the other.

Now one of my priorities aside from being able to create nice looking maps is the capacity to share maps with embended objecst like links or even better interactive options to retract maps. For me is not a feasible option to ask people install the whole thing to be able to see my maps. This capacity has fallen short on both software I use, either NM and iMM and I am seriously thinking on getting Mindmanager even tough this one is quite expensive software. ;( I keep the lights on that NM folks come up with a create solution for that since I still think it is a great software.

Well I leave it there and wait util...  :-X
