Unable to access Novamind 4 tutorials

I recently (re)installed my Novamind 4 s/ware.  To familiarise myself with the s/ware I went to 'Help' and chose 'Tutor.  However, neither tutorials 1 - 7 are  availabl as I am receiving a page with ads.  Tutorials 8 and 9 are available.

Can u advise on how I may be able to access the tutorialls?
