NovoMind 5 After Installed failed to launch

I downloaded and successfull install NM5 in win 7 set up.  Unfortunately it can't be opened.  A msg box appear with "NovaMind 5 has stopped working".  The detail problem listed are:

My first suggestion would be to re-install Novamind and try again.

Yes, please contact support with any critical issues and where you want a reply from NovaMind staff.
Most of the time this issue is caused by a corrupt installation of the Microsoft .NET Framework.

You can try to download and re-install it from Microsoft's website:

http://www.microsoft.com/net (Just click on install .NET Framework 4)

yes, the support contacted me and suggested to install with a command line.  I am not that savvy in computer staff, while waiting to hear from them, any one can give me a quick yet detail step-by-step instruction?
