Changing Format and Inheritance

I am using the new DRAFT format, which I like very much. But I would like to have the first level Topics have an outline [customized shape] and fill color,  and then the subtopics retain the flexi-line shape and font that is part of the DRAFT template. I have tried several variations using "Reset to default ..." and "Children inherit shape ..." but can't seem to accomplish my intent.
Also, I would like to change the default format of the Link Line to a dashed line, rather than reformat each Link Line that I create.
Tried to Insert Image [icon below B icon] but does not seem to work. Simply inserts "" in body of this post.

With the theme editor you can easily change the default look of topics on a specific level or of things like the link lines. To make your own theme inspired by the Draft theme just click on the little arrow next to the draft theme and click on Edit :)
