(without delete and make a new one)
3. how can you move where a call-out pointed 'points' to
noticed for a topic - goes to a midpoint // for a flex-topic - it hops to control points
*which is pretty cool

1. You can add a control point that is close to or on the topic.
2. If you want to have a link line that connects different topics then you have to create a new link line that connects those topics.
3. The connection point is automatically calculated depending on the relative position of the callout and topic.

yep = had deduced that I can redirect the end  point with a new control point = works great
and
not too hard to just make a new one without have to 'move' the old one
