Our bodies need to maintain an active balance between necessary free radical activity (destroying pathogens, generating energy from foods, signaling, and more) and its physiologic quenching when not needed. Electromagnetic field exposures interfere with a number of body functions/structures -- which some researchers have observed to be due, in part, to the generation and perpetuation of free radical cascades.
