  • the people have a stronger sense of identity
    • allows them to be better and stronger individuals
• What is it?
  • Community is about people
  • People who nee some level of shared experience, history, trust and/or understanding
    • Poor understanding can be balanced by some good shared experieince
    • A high level of understanding can make up for lack of shared experieinces and help trust grow
  • There needs to be a core group
    • recognized formally
    • recognized informally
  • ...a strong individual
