Be aware of timing of DQ: may be a bit brutal early in recovery. Bear in mind that 50% of ppl with a stroke will experience depression and may find it hard to talk about the things the DQ brings up.
Alternative options:
1) CDP (Byng, Swinburn)
More aphasia friendly (better layout, large text c. pictures), also less brutal.

Much briefer, more appropriate for abilities of someone early in recovery. Can indicate need for monitoring / referral for investigation of possible depression (does not diagnose)
