• Turn in rental application
  • Request last 3 check stubs from employer for proof of income
  • Make copies of bank statements to show financial stability

  • Pay $75 refundable application fee (will be taken off security deposit)

  • Make sure mom and dad available for lease signing if you use them as co-signers
• Put down security deposit
  • Set aside 1st and last month's rent in the amount equal to highest apartment price in budget

• Move in
  • Ask for day off work to move-in
  • Hire moving truck
    • Budget for move: $500
  • Ask mom for availability to help clean new apartment
