  • African history section
  • Chinese Aztecs section
  • 1800 c. Art
  • Native American People exhibit
  • Classical European Art exhibit
  • 3-D Science exhibit
• Reserve date for school bus for trip
  • Call Joe (ext. 123) in school transport dept. to schedule time - do this when principal gives ok
  • Call Joe again day before trip to confirm class pick up times
• Hand out/collect permission slips
  • Hand out permission slips AS SOON AS get ok from principal
  • Send out reminders to parents who have not signed slips 2 weeks before trip
  • Call any parents who have not signed slips 3 days before trip
  • Confirm each child has a signed permission slip on the day of the trip
• Schedule the trip with the museum
  • Contact the museum field trip department to schedule time and date
    • Ask for Alexis - 555-2341
  • Check dates the museum has available with the principal and get ok
  • Call museum 1 week before the trip to confirm
