Picking the location for the meeting
Ask members for location suggestions at end of each meeting
Give book club members up to 2 weeks after meeting to email suggestions for upcoming location

At first book club meeting pass out sheet containing all members' email addresses and phone #s
Explain procedure if need to miss meeting: Send a mass email to all members at least 24 hrs before meeting if possible
Explain procedure for organizer needing to cancel/reschedule meeting: I will send out a mass email notifying group of any changes/cancellations at least 48 hrs before upcoming meeting
Book club discussion questions
At each meeting, ask for volunteer to come up with 5 questions on upcoming book selection to be discussed at next meeting
I will come up with questions if no one volunteers
Selecting the book
At the end of each book club meeting, ask for suggestions for book for next meeting
Give book club members up to 1 week after meeting to send in any book suggestions
Finalize book selection 3 weeks prior to next meeting/email members book selection
