Description:
Mind Maps are a great way to start your project planning, so you can brainstorm ideas and objectives, sort out the tasks that will be required to achieve the objectives, and assign resources to make sure that everything is done on time. It is a great way to manage project scope because you can remove a branch or sub-branch without impacting the other branches. It's also good for presentation to stakeholders, customers, and staff who are going to be working on the project - everyone can see clearly what the objectives are, how they are going to be achieved, and what resources are going to be required. |
